Shipping and returns

  • general information

    all products sold on this website are available for worldwide delivery
    yelvy processes orders on weekdays (monday through friday)
    orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving payment
    packages ship from montréal, québec via canada post

  • shipping costs

    costs are automatically calculated prior to checkout, depending on the destination. free standard shipping is offered for all canadian orders over $200 cad (before taxes).

  • international customs & duties policy

    any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country(do not apply to canadian orders). these charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs polices and import duties differ from country to country.

  • delivery & tracking

    tracking numbers are always granted for orders within canada. unless the shipping method selected at checkout includes tracking, usa and international orders do not include a tracking number. this is due to canada post not currently offering the option when using their “small packet” service outside canada.

  • return policy

    all items are eligible for exchange or refund, granted that notice is given within 14 days from the order’s delivery date. requests must be sent to

    returned items must be in pristine condition: unused, undamaged, unwashed and in their original packaging. yelvy reserves the right to decline a request if the goods do not meet the standards. in this case, the items will be sent back to you.

  • exchanges & refunds

    once your return has been approved, store credit corresponding to the items’ total amount will be provided. if you would prefer a refund, the amount will be charged back to your payment method within a few business days. please note that in all cases, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. however, for canadian orders, a shipping label to send the package back will be provided to you, free of charge. for orders outside canada, it is your responsibility to pay and take care of the shipping method, which must include tracking. yelvy is not accountable for lost or damaged items during the return process.
